Combo Water Aerobics: This combo H2O class takes place in the shallow end and is sure to kick start your day. Join today, for a  combination of cardio and strength training workouts 3 days a week. This is a moderate pace class that will help burn calories and tone your body.

Splash & Tone: Splash & Tone is offered twice a week and is sure to keep you guessing. This class takes place in the shallow end and focuses on tension release, toning and endurance. Join today for a variety of both low & high intensity.

Y’S Way to Water Exercise: Y’s Way is an intense shallow water workout that guarantees a full body workout. Throughout this class routines concentrate on strengthening the arms, legs and abdominals. Barbells are added for additional strength training.

Hydro-Conditioning: A deep water workout to improve cardio resistance and muscular strength. Must be comfortable in deep water.

Senior Swimfit: This class is offered 5  days a week and is for ages 55+ that would like to meet new friends while staying in shape. Improves muscular strength and circulation. FREE TO MEMBERS ONLY!!!
