Fluid Fitness

This class focuses on cardiovascular and muscle strengthening. Exercises are safe and fun with little impact to the joints. Because of the low impact format, this class is suitable for all ability levels. Class runs 3 days per week.

This low impact class increase circulation while building bone density and increasing balance.

Water Works

Water Works is a medium to low impact water aerobic class for all fitness levels. This high energy cardio blast class will help increase circulation while it gets your heart pumping and your muscles moving. Water Works combines cardio exercises with water weights for a com- plete body workout. Class will take place in the shallow and deep ends. All exercises can be performed in the shallow end for any participant that does not want to travel to deeper water.
