This class focuses on cardiovascular and muscle strengthening. Exercises are safe and fun with little impact to the joints. Because of the low impact format, this class is suitable for all ability levels. Class runs 3 days per week.
Combines shallow and deep water exercises like water jogging and deep water drills. This class has little to no impact on joints and is great for rehabbing injuries or everyday exercise. Participants wear a float belt in the deep end.

This low impact class increase circulation while building bone density and increasing balance.
