2013 Smallest Winner Challenge

The Smallest Winner challenge is a 10 week exercise and weight management program designed to help participants to reduce overall body fat through a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program.
Participants will work in teams, with a lifestyle coach who will motivate them with comprehensive work-outs and nutritional guidance. There will be weekly meetings, weigh-ins, fun team building events, nutritional workshops and a maybe even a few surprises along the way!
This 10 week program is only $175 for YMCA Members and $250 for Non-Members. (Includes a10 week membership)
