Or purchase a Fitness Class Pass good for any 10 classes on our schedule $55 for Y Members $80 for Non Members (You may combine Land & Water Aerobics)

10 Class Fitness Pass
Are you interested in taking fitness classes at the Smithfield YMCA, but you are not sure what classes you want to take on a week-to-week basis? If so, this 10 class fitness pass is for you! Once you purchase a Fitness Pass you can attend any combination of land or water aerobic classes, that fit your schedule. Passes are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

12 Week Personal Fitness Program - NEW
Do you want lose weight and get healthy? Join this program today to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer.
First you will have a consultation with your very own Personal Trainer to identify your goals over the next 12 weeks. Next, you will identify your barriers to working out and/or eating healthy. Once a plan is established, you will begin your 12-week journey to a healthier you. Through comprehensive workouts designed specifically for you, you are sure to reach your fitness goals.
There will be weekly private weigh-ins, weekly personal training sessions, and the opportunity to attend any Y Fitness Program and utilize the cardio and strength training room throughout the 12 weeks.
Your weight is not the only factor in a healthy body, therefore, your personal trainer will also track your blood pressure, body composition, and heart rate to ensure your overall health and well-being.
