All sales for Membership and Programs are final.  Refunds and Program Credits will only be given if the YMCA cancels a program.  Bank Draft memberships do not expire at the end of one year.  If you wish to cancel your membership, you must turn your membership cards into the Smithfield YMCA Courtesy Desk and sign a Bank Draft Cancellation form.  If your annual membership lapses for more than 30 days, you must re-pay the $40 Joiners Fee.   Before using the Nautilus and Cardio Room, all members are required to schedule a training that costs $10 per person.  Appointments can be made at the Courtesy Desk.
